A Great Big Thank You!
by Debbie Beam, Care Facility Manager

Ahhh....Another year of Baby Season is coming to an end for us all at PW. I would like to take this opportunity to thank ALL of the wonderful volunteers, who without their caring help we would not be able to do the things we do. A personal HUGE...THANK YOU....to all of the Care Facility Volunteers who stuck it out even at times when they felt just a tad bit overwhelmed, but seemed to bounce back once seeing the tiny faces of 'babies' of all kinds. (Not to mention the incitement of chocolate provided). A Special 'Thank You' to the GREAT Asst. Managers for doing an extraordinary job at the Facility. To ALL of those people out there in San Diego who have donated items to our cause and at times never left your name or phone number, 'THANK YOU' so much!

Now we will begin the Fall/Winter Season, which we will receive hundreds of seriously injured animals. Your continued help, support and donations will aid us at PW in growing and caring for the Wildlife that need our help in returning to the wild where they should be. Appreciate their beauty, respect their uncanniness for survival. It is so vital that we ALL learn to co-exist with these incredible creatures.
